RESTORE YOUR SPIRIT: a restorative yoga + community half-day retreat

This Month's Theme: 

CONNECTION & CREATIVITY: Bridging the hara & third-eye for sacred connection and higher creativity.

What to expect:

• 75-minute Restorative Yoga Session
• 15-minute Hara & Third-Eye Connection Meditation
• Theme Discussion and Tea-Time
• Lunch: Chili and Cornbread (V/GF)
• Optional: Leisure Time (take an hour after lunch to read, nap, take a walk in nature, or continue juicy conversations)

Please bring a mat if you have one. Extras will be available. Restorative props, tea, and lunch provided. Wearing loose, comfortable layers is recommended.
